Getting out of withdrawal?

I have been in withdrawal and celibacy now for 3 months and I hate it. In the beginning it was a good experience but now it only feels meaningless and "dark". Is there anyone out there how could share some experiences about exiting withdrawal? I do not know what I am looking for and when this period of celibacy should end....?Thankful for all help!

Withdrawal is tough, I

Withdrawal is tough, I started SLAA meetings at the end of November 2009, but I only recently started to go to into sobriety from the 13th December. The withdrawal is the hard part but remember an old chinese saying 'happiness does not come from happiness, you have to go through sadness to get happiness'. Therefore the moral of the story is that you have to go through this period in order to be fully recovered. I have absorded so much filth in terms of porn addiction over 20 years, that I know that I cannot be healed in just a few months. I need time to reflect on the past, plan for the future and address the present. The only way that this can be done is by forming a new spirituality with God.
